Refund policy

We do not accept returns and all sales are final. Since each order is custom printed and framed to the specifications of our customers, we cannot accept returns. If you believe your art or frame is damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 10 days of receiving the item. We require written and photo documentation of the original packaging, art and frame in order to review your request. After 10 days, we will no longer accept these requests.
